App Terms of Use

These terms describe use of the Fazio IT mobile app provided by James Gregory Fazio, operating as Fazio IT Systems & Automation. Questions: [email protected].
Purpose of the app
The app provides information about our services, network-performance checks, and a way to contact Fazio IT. The app is intended for adults and is initially offered through the United States App Store. Use it only on networks and devices you own or are authorized to test.
Network results
Measurements, scores, and recommendations are estimates based on conditions during the test. Device capabilities, other network activity, Wi-Fi conditions, internet routing, and test-server availability can affect results. A score is not a certification of network security, a guarantee of internet speed, or a promise that a particular repair will resolve a problem. The app does not perform a comprehensive security audit.
Tests transfer generated data and may use substantial internet bandwidth, count toward your internet plan’s limits, and temporarily affect other activity on the same connection. The current network test requires Wi-Fi or Ethernet. You are responsible for any charges under your internet-service agreement.
Service requests
Submitting a request sends your information to Fazio IT so we can follow up. A confirmation indicates that our contact service accepted the request for email delivery; it does not confirm an appointment, response deadline, service availability, or price.
Any paid work, scope, scheduling, and charges will be agreed separately. Sending network results does not authorize us to access or change your devices or network.
Provide accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app or its endpoints to disrupt services, bypass rate limits, submit spam, attempt unauthorized access, or violate others’ rights. We may restrict abusive requests or temporarily suspend endpoints to protect service availability.
Your information
The Fazio IT App Privacy Policy explains local storage, network-test traffic, contact submissions, service providers, and deletion choices. Read the App Privacy Policy or request a copy at [email protected].
You remain responsible for keeping copies of results you need. Local data can be lost through device failure, removal of the app, or other circumstances. The app does not provide a Fazio IT account-based backup service.
Availability and limitations
We may update the app, change features, or interrupt access for maintenance or security. Network tests and contact delivery depend on internet access and third-party infrastructure.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and its informational results are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separate agreements govern professional services we agree to provide.
Apple license and changes
The Apple Standard End User License Agreement governs the app license unless a valid custom agreement is supplied. These terms address Fazio IT’s app services and do not override mandatory law or Apple’s applicable terms.
We may revise these terms and will identify changes by updating the effective date. Additional notice or agreement will be sought when required. Contact us at [email protected].
